MonoFocus is a Apple Phone app that helps people with ADHD/ focus issues by allowing them to selectively block apps when they need to.

MonoFoci are created by the user. Weekly goals for each can be set, and total time spent weekly is tracked. "Miscellaneous" is created on app install so that it available to use right away.

Block Lists can be created that are specific to the users needs. For example, a blocklist can be used in a focus session to only block Social Media, allowing them to still access Mail, Slack, etc. A Block List "All Apps" is available to all users on app install, allowing them to simply block all apps.

A focus session is commenced simply by selecting what Monofocus to track, and what Block List to use. Press the MoFo button to start.

When a session is underway the user is able to view there time spent focusing on their lock screen, and Apple Watch. Of course, they are only able to access apps that are not blocked.

If access to a blocked app is attempted during a focus session, this screen will appear. The focus session has to be manually ended in the MonoFocus App for access to return.
After a 7 Day Free Trial, pricing is as follows. Obviously, the yearly solution is being pushed.
